A: It's always best to contact the mailroom and ask about the specific regulations to that facility as to what's allowed through the mail.
Q: Do you make changes to certain packages if we can't send certain items?
A: Yes, anything you need me to do in order for your items to pass through the facility mailroom, I can do!
Q: My loved one can't get "homemade" cards, what can I do?
A: We can print your card on regular paper instead of cardstock, we can add barcodes, and we can even make them flat.
Q: Do you provide printable PDFs instead of having them shipped?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not.
Q: I added a bunch of items to my cart however my shipping is way too high, why is this?
A: Usually if shipping looks oddly higher than normal, it means you may have a pre-order item in your cart, pre-order items never ship with non-pre-order items.
